We found an interesting article over on Newscientist.com that delves into a surprising find that’s come about after researchers systematically analysed Court Data. Their findings? In a nutshell, it’s been shown that court rulings have continuously evolved to make sentences for those involved in violent crimes more harsh, last longer and require less evidence to put them away.

As such, it would seem that the courts are becoming less and less tolerant of violence and associated crimes – which is great!
